Prior to founding Talent Capital Partners, Christopher headed the European VC Practice at Spencer Stuart and was a member of their Global Technology practice. He works with VCs and their portfolio companies as well as large and small companies in the telecoms, IT solutions, software and services area.
His search assignments include Country Manager and CEO Europe roles for multinationals like Oracle, Bull, NEC, Pirelli and Gateway, senior sales & marketing roles for BT, Cisco, NEC and Misys and CEO, CFO, VP and Account Manager roles for public and private IT companies in UK, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, Spain and Germany. He also works closely with the management teams of Cisco and other IT solution providers, running Account Planning Workshops for global and local teams.
His earlier career spans 14 years in the European IT industry: he ran his own network of IT service and internet consultancy companies in Italy and France after a career in European service management and business development at Digital Equipment Corporation in Milan and Geneva.
He has a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and speaks French and Italian. |
